Good Hope Ventures was formed in 2008 by Bony Dawood as a development company for commercial and residential projects. Good Hope Ventures was a sister company to Dawood Engineering, Inc that served residential, commercial and institutional industries since 1992. The combination of engineering knowledge, owner's perspective, entitlement expertise, and financial acumen has been beneficial. Nabil Dawood, real estate professional, has joined Good Hope Ventures to continue this journey of providing homes and facilities for our communities.
